If you have items that are heavy or awkward in shape (piano, cast iron tub, hot tub, trampoline, basketball backboards and large amounts of trash) or potentially dangerous (mirrors, glass, windows) you will need to contact Car Trucking at 58 to arrange for a Pick-up of those items or for suggestions on roll off dumpsters. This includes remodels, additions and new construction or new landscaping situations, this also includes privacy fencing, dismantled decks, play structures, sheds and railroad ties.
We will not pick up contractor's materials or construction debris (building or landscaping). We do not accept logs, stumps, or construction debris. The city collects mattresses, furniture, appliances, doors, and carpeting (rolled no longer than 4' long and tied). Weekly curbside refuse pick up does not include any contractor materials and/or pick up of building materials such as decks, playscapes, privacy fencing, construction material and/or cement/concrete materials. Your pickup time may change each week, so it's important that trash and recycling are at the curb by 7 a.m. on your designated pickup day, even during inclement weather.
